Howstat says that a person have carried his bat 44 times in test cricket, whereas Our article says only 42. can anyone throw some Lights on this?? who are the Two Missing persons??Bharath (talk) 15:02, 17 August 2008 (UTC)

Gavaskar v Australia in 1985 scorecard and Ijaz Butt v WI in 1959 scorecard are missing from the CricInfo list. Howstat looks correct.–MDCollins (talk) 17:45, 17 August 2008 (UTC)

I don't think so. Look at the time Gavaskar batted and the time the innings lasted. He must have retired hurt and then resumed his innings, which I don't think should count. Unless Ijaz Butt batted extremely slowly, the same may have happened in his case, though unfortunately the times aren't available.JH (talk page) 21:06, 17 August 2008 (UTC)
