She is is currently head chef of the Moments restaurant at the Mandarin Oriental, Barcelona, according to its official website: http://www.mandarinoriental.com/barcelona/dining/moments/ and this article: http://www.caterersearch.com/Articles/04/02/2010/332089/carme-ruscalleda-the-worlds-only-five-michelin-starred-female-chef.htm which already was included in the references. The text should be updated to reflect this and there should be properly sourced information about the new restaurant (e.g. information about the food, its reception by critics, when it was opened etc).
