Medals

The information about what he has won is incorrect, so I have deleted it. Although a part of the squad, he did not receive a winners' medal for either of Chelsea's recent Premier League wins, as he did not play enough games.

International career (or lack thereof)

Cudicini was named in the Italy squad for the game against Turkey but didn't feature. The goalkeepers were Buffon and Toldo (appearance as substitute). I will change the entry for his international appearances. --Trhoult (talk) 16:55, 12 November 2009 (UTC)

having trouble editing due to own incompetence, but the international caps in the summary should be removed and the main text changed to state that he was named in the squad for the friendly but didn't play. I've updated this now to remove the national appearance and with a small blurb with references as to his call up to the national squad but non appearance. Hopefully the edit can be kept now instead of being reverted. --Trhoult (talk) 13:22, 25 January 2010 (UTC)

To the person who repeatedly keeps trying to change Cudicini's international history: he has not played for Italy's senior side. The website you keep citing states he was called into the squad, but Buffon and Toldo played in that match, not Cudicini. If you follow the link above and look for match 608, you'll find the lineup from the game. Convocazioni are call ups; presenze are appearances. Chelsea clean sheet ranking

The article stated that Cudicini was third in all-time clean sheets for Chelsea behind Peter Bonetti and Petr Cech. However, Cech's own article has only 78 Chelsea clean sheets to date. I was suspicious at the disagreement between this article and Spurs' press release today, which cited Cudicini as second after only Bonetti. Unless there are missing statistics from Cech's page, I believe my corrections are accurate. --BDD (talk) 02:44, 27 January 2009 (UTC)

According to this report from the official Chelsea website, Cudicini is third behind Bonetti and Cech. The stats in Cech's article only include league games. SteveO (talk) 02:25, 28 January 2009 (UTC)

Agreement between home nations

The 'International career' section says he, "thus remains potentially eligible to represent any of the British nations – England, Scotland, Northern Ireland or Wales, although its highly unlikely due to an agreement in place between the respective home nation associations regarding foreign born players." The reference given substantiates the first clause, but makes no mention of this agreement - do we have a reference for that? What was the agreement, and what was agreed? No. Only the senior mens team is usually listed. Look at other large European clubs to confirm that. Even the development teams are not listed and instead they have their own articles, provided that sufficient secondary sources can be found to support notability. --Walter Görlitz (talk) 14:47, 25 February 2013 (UTC)
