Engine photographs

The b/w pictures of steam engines do not seem to me to show anything worthwhile about the station. Chemical Engineer (talk) 13:28, 29 December 2010 (UTC)

It's a prolific editor who rarely logs in on English Wikipedia, preferring to add images as an anon (he also changes his IP address daily, meaning that communication is very difficult). His method seems to be to trawl through commons:Category:Photographs by Ben Brooksbank, and try to place every single image somewhere on English Wikipedia. Usually the target article is that of the nearest railway station to the photograph location. --Redrose64 (talk) 13:54, 29 December 2010 (UTC)

There's a reference to the above in the text. Can its position be added to the Rail Network diagram so that we know where it is?

Adverse weather in 2015-16

I would agree that this section is largely irrelevant to the station and it does not even give the dates when the actual bad weather disruption began. Significant incidents on specific lines (e.g. Settle-Carlisle) should be moved to the wikiarticle on those lines. Hyperman 42 (talk) 15:28, 31 March 2024 (UTC)
