Re Speedy deletion request

When I arrived at this page it had the following message in a pinkish box:

A page with this title has previously been deleted.

Strange that the talk page was deleted before the article itself. It would have been interesting to see what was on it.

In any event, the article has survived a previous Prod back in March 2010. See Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Caribbean Policy Research Institute. -Arb. (talk) 09:09, 20 November 2012 (UTC)
