Change RFC website edit
I clicked on that RFC number and was immediately banned for rate-limit by the target site. Closed the tab and retried, same error. I have no idea what that datatracker site is, I've never been there, but a simple web search gave me the more familiar https://www.rfc-editor.org/info/rfc6352 URL that just worked. I wanted to edit that unusable link but it seems to be some template. That exceeds my Wikipedia skills. So could somebody please change that template for a working link?
