Merge with Hard water edit

Merge with Carbonate hardness edit

- I agree that this should be merged with Carbonate Hardness. I disagree about merging this with "Hard Water", as the two concepts are related but not the same, and the Hard Water article is already long. Carbonate Alkalinity should not have been merged with Carbonate Hardness. Carbonate Hardness is a measure of the calcium or other alkali metals minerals that can combine with carbonate ions in water. Carbonate alkalinity is a measure of the carbonate and bicarbonate ions in water. Carbonate Alkalinity should be redirected to Alkalinity and discussed there.
