Cantilan is where our beloved congressman Prospero "Butch" Pichay lives this is his turf and he owes his position in public office to these people,but it is very sad to say that most of us Cantilangnons that migrated to other places are not satisfied with his achievements.
To cut the story short Surigao del Sur has the worst roads I've ever seen in my entire life.And now election is fast approaching and again millions of pesos will be wasted during the election period but nothing has changed,all are but promises it's true we have a pier constructed in Consuelo but what's the use if our access roads are not passsable to big(ten wheeler) cargo trucks.Goods will not be safe for transfer.
There are "balikbayans"who wished to put up business in our home town but due to poor road conditions putting up business in our home town would be very difficult.
Congressman Butch should include in his "plata forma" access roads improvements from Surigao del Norte down to Surigao del Sur.

Cantilan, Surigao del Sur → Cantilan – No need for provincial disamb (WP:CONCISE and WP:PRECISE) - per updated WP:MOSPHIL. Also in precedent with both Talk:Cagdianao and Talk:Baliuag earlier this year. Article page can't be directly moved because of technicality. JWilz12345 (Talk|Contrib's.) 12:08, 2 September 2020 (UTC)
