Where should the cannabis recall information go? I ask because the State Level section is just about the legalization. It could go under there, but it might make sense to put it under a new section? Something like "After Legalization"? If that's the case then I think the taxes paragraph could be moved there as well.
Thinking on it more, and looking at other state articles, a section entitled "Implementation" makes sense. That way we can have info on medical implementation & rec implementation. I'll move the taxes stuff to it's own subsection there, write something about the recall, and write something about the microbusinesses. There's enough happening there 789101112.
Under medical implementation, I'll add something about the controversy around the awarding of medical licenses. 13141516171819
