Fair use rationale for Image:Candlemass Logo.png edit

Image:Candlemass Logo.png is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 18:34, 1 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

NPOV edit

The content is clearly not neutral (the best band, the best albme, etc.), and although I am a fan of the band too, this can't be done in wikipedia. Moreover, the links that are supposed to reference such comments are not working! I did the changes, but there are still many to make! No time for it sorry. Citation needed edit

I can't help but notice that this page has a crapload of {{fact}} tags. Somebody should get rid of those and replace them with sources. I might do that. Thanks for reading. BTC 02:26, 11 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

Disbandment date edit

I'm not sure when "exactly" this band broke up. For a while, this article claimed that Candlemass broke up in 1993. However, the biography said that they broke up partly because Chapter VI was unsucessful and when Leif had started Abstrakt Algebra. If Candlemass broke up and Abstrakt Algebra started around the same time, then Candlemass would have broken up in or around 1994 when Leif started Abstrakt Algebra. So, this is why I changed the disbandment date. 68.171.233.216 (talk) 04:24, 6 October 2010 (UTC)Reply

Well, sources are important on wikipedia, and that providing such a thing would be nice. Be aware of original research as well. They could've split up at that time, but if they did, in fact, split in 1993, then I think I'll let someone else determine whether or not that should be reverted (not determining that is not my favorite thing to do, though). The Candlemass page does have referencing problems, as I remember posting a ton of citation needed tags on the article. Backtable Speak to meconcerning my deeds. 00:18, 7 October 2010 (UTC)Reply

Additional citations/Unverifiable information edit

There appears to be much information in this article which requires additional citations. I intend to add references if I can find them, but anything I am unable to verify, and which has no citation, will be removed. If the information is verifiable, then please do add it back in, but with appropriate citation.Torusvef0 (talk) 14:11, 10 September 2016 (UTC)Reply
