Rewrite needed

This article needs a complete rewrite. The history of the Canadian Forces in Europe is much more than just two bases in W. Germany/Germany. The history begins in the early 1950s with Canada's military support for NATO in Europe, with the original NATO air force bases of No. 1 Air Division in France and W. Germany, and an army contingent in W. Germany. Lots of changes occurred between the time of the opening of these NATO facilities and the early 1990s. Bases changed, brigades/groups and squadrons moved. There were problems caused by France's changing relationship with NATO. Canada's nuclear role needs to be addressed as well - particularly with Canada's relationship with France. As the article stands now, it gives the impression that there were only two bases, and they were both in W. Germany. Nothing can be farther from the truth. Another thought: perhaps this article should be merged into Canada and the Cold War; there is nothing in this article that mentions anything about Canada's forces in Europe.
