Chief Constable - Simon Parr edit
Prior to his appointment as Chief Constable with Cambridgeshire, Simon Parr was a senior officer with Hertfordshire Constabulary. He had a leading role in the controversial decision to lead an investigation into alleged racist comments on the TV programme "Celebrity Big Brother".
