1. Well-written:
1a. the prose is clear, concise, and understandable to an appropriately broad audience; spelling and grammar are correct. A few issues here, see below section.
1b. it complies with the Manual of Style guidelines for lead sections, layout, words to watch, fiction, and list incorporation. Lists are not supposed to be empty, of course, and there are empty lists in the Current squad and recent call-ups sections. Multiple sections are orange-tagged, including the "coaching staff" section, which is empty save for one individual, and the one player listed in the "notable players" section does not give an indication of having any idea when she played for the team. The honours section is totally empty as well. Additionally, I am not convinced that the sections listing results for the Olympics, Women's World Cup, Women's Asian Cup, and Asian Games are necessary given that the team has never so much as entered qualification, much less participated in the tournament proper, in any of the four.
2. Verifiable with no original research:
2a. it contains a list of all references (sources of information), presented in accordance with the layout style guideline. Refs 1 and 39 appear to be the same source, 5 and 6 have tags for permanent dead links, 37 and 38 are in a foreign language but do not have the appropriate language parameter. Refs 19, 20, 28, and 33 were spot checked and all of them resulted in 404 errors, I'm sure they're not the only ones as well.
2b. reliable sources are cited inline. All content that could reasonably be challenged, except for plot summaries and that which summarizes cited content elsewhere in the article, must be cited no later than the end of the paragraph (or line if the content is not in prose).
2c. it contains no original research. "Home stadium" section is uncited, as is "Head-to-head record" and "Competitive record"
2d. it contains no copyright violations or plagiarism. Earwig gives 31.5% similarity, which I don't have a problem with - majority of identical text is a direct quote
3. Broad in its coverage:
3a. it addresses the main aspects of the topic.
3b. it stays focused on the topic without going into unnecessary detail (see summary style). It seems as though the youth teams are described more than the senior team itself.
  4. Neutral: it represents viewpoints fairly and without editorial bias, giving due weight to each.
  5. Stable: it does not change significantly from day to day because of an ongoing edit war or content dispute.
6. Illustrated, if possible, by media such as images, video, or audio:
6a. media are tagged with their copyright statuses, and valid non-free use rationales are provided for non-free content. Logo is fair use and stadium image is CC 2.0.
6b. media are relevant to the topic, and have suitable captions.
  7. Overall assessment.

Issues with criteria 1a edit

Lead edit

  • "and is governed by Football Federation of Cambodia" → "and is governed by the Football Federation of Cambodia"
  • "and Asian Football Confederation" → "and the Asian Football Confederation"
  • "has been slow with football not the most popular women's sport in the country" → "has been slow as football is not the most popular women's sport in the country"
  • "nation's first FIFA recognised women's" → add hyphen to "FIFA-recognised"
  • "when they played Laos" → link Laos women's national football team
  • Last two sentences reference "Festival of Football" and "Football Festival" - are these the same event?

History edit

  • Not entirely sure that the "Background and development" subheader is necessary given that there is no content elsewhere in the section
  • Link FIFA in this section since it's only linked in lead before
  • Give full name and link of ASEAN
  • Is the national association paid in US dollars or is that just a conversion?
  • In the second paragraph, "grassroots" is written three times: once as one word and lowercase, once as one word and uppercase, and once as two words and lowercase.
  • "Space to play sport is an issue facing all sports in the country" → repetition (emphasis is mine)

Team image edit

  • "Kits and crest" does not describe the crest at all
  • sexual exploitation of Nin and Vesna comes out of nowhere and is not expanded upon at all
  • "Kauw was a member of the Cambodia women's national under-14 football team in 2011" → who is "Kauw"?
  • "Some of the players who participated had never left the country before" → not sure if this is relevant to the topic
  • "The team is coached by Sam Schweingruber" → potential tense issue
  • Not sure if u13 field dimensions are relevant here

Players edit

  • "The following players were named on 9 September 2021 for the xxx tournament" → placeholder tournament name

  • No need to include a redlink here, since you can't "see" that content

Overall review conclusion edit

WP:GAR states that An individual assessment may be closed after seven days of no activity. As there has been no activity on the review for seven days (with the edits to the article in that period coming just as updates and adding results to fixtures), I am closing the review. My conclusion is that the article fails GA criteria 1a, 1b, 2a, 2c, and 3b at least, and therefore will be   delisted. If improvements are made in the future, and the article is brought up to par, it can be renominated for GA. PCN02WPS (talk | contribs) 21:44, 9 July 2022 (UTC)Reply
