Please somebody should clean the squad section, it's a mess and put the current squad.Andy4190 (talk)

Why are some teams coloured in red? What does this represent? Druryfire (talk) 20:34, 24 June 2009 (UTC)

It looks like a flight of fancy by Best1290, a currently suspended user. I've removed the red background. Lazybum (talk) 05:37, 18 September 2010 (UTC)

Semi-protection for what?

Here is my objection. What is the best of Cambodian football then to need to semi-protection? I don't know about it, and I am so surprised since I want to fix some of Cambodian football. Cambodia is not France, Germany, Brazil nor even Mexico, Croatia, Japan and Iran. Yet protection for what?

The entire of Southeast Asia's football teams, none of them have ever achieved significant football fames, and even then, their achievements are too far away now. I don't know why semi-protection is needed when Cambodia is still a nothing team in the world.

Only if Cambodia can ever qualify for World Cup like Indonesia then think about protection. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 116.107.156.76 (talk) 12:15, 21 August 2020 (UTC)

In KITS section, a substantive change has occurred. Please consider the new information below (sources provided at the end) :

"On May 27th, 2022, the Cambodia National Football Team unveiled their new kit collection via their official Facebook page**.

The newly established (February 2022) Khmer sportswear company Varaman had previously launched the under 23 kits for the AFC u23 championship. These u23 kits were modern and simplistic, with a repeating solid Angkor Wat shape in red, printed on blue fabric for the home kit—meanwhile the away kit had the reverse, blue Angkor Wat shapes on red fabric.

The Varaman team revealed that the entire collection, designed by HCD football agency Clan United*, (u23, and senior) is based upon the flag of Cambodia. The blue and red tones from the flag feature regularly throughout the kit collection.

The 2022 senior team home shirt is a three toned blue digital camouflage design. The entirety of the design is made from pixelated Angkor Wat images.

The away shirt is white fabric, with a zoomed in section of Angkor Wat decorated in faint blue and red tones whilst being separated by ornate Angkor Wat patterns and shapes.

To match each set, the goalkeeper kits are red and blue for home and away respectively. On each is a subtle repeated single element lifted from the complex Angkor Wat image seen on the national flag; The repeated element is slightly off-coloured from the base fabric to allow for an intricate colour blend.

Finally, the training kits are blue, red, and white with a graffiti styled pattern on each. The graffiti features various Khmer words, and meaningful symbols that tie together the values of the national team (such as unity, and bravery)."

Partly done: The new kits are a bit hard to recreate. If you need someone to do it, you might want to give us an example of how you could recreate it. As a temporary workaround, you can upload the kit images to wikimedia commons so I can add them to the article. I also revised your additions to avoid an editorialist tone.
