Quote edit

The statement about which quote man tager vad man haver is supposed to have originated from needs a citation. We also need quotes in Swedish as well as English.

I have translated the article from Swedish wiki. It cites the same reference as here, so the whole article, and everything in it, are thereby cited. This is the Swedish quote: ”Man tager om man så hafva kan ...” I hope that ansers your question. --Aciram (talk) 16:02, 8 February 2009 (UTC)Reply
That Warg is associated with something she never said is a widely known fact, but assumptions about how this tradition came about is a bit more complicated. Referring to a translation of an article from a different Wikipedia doesn't cut it. This is a type of statement that requires specific referencing. Which pages? Who makes this claim? I've tweaked the text to match what the Swedish wiki actually says, but I've also added a fact-tag.

Of course. Why not look it up in the cited book, to see if it is there? This would be better than to delete it. Just a suggestion. --Aciram (talk) 12:59, 22 February 2009 (UTC)Reply
Österberg et al. contained only minimal biographical information without any reference to the literary contents of Warg's cookbook; statement removed.
