Naming edit
The naming is wrong!, it should be dodecaboranate. Boranates are anions of boranes, whereas borates are the name for a large number of boron-containing oxyanions. --Sami Lab (talk) 15:33, 25 November 2014 (UTC)
Moving the article to dodecaborate edit
It has been suggested that we might move this article to dodecaborate, which is currently the redirect. In this way, the anion becomes the focus. We wouldnt change the content very much. If you have views on this fairly subtle change, leave comments here. --Smokefoot (talk) 00:07, 30 March 2015 (UTC)
Irrelevant sentence edit
"This anion has been of great theoretical interest to the chemistry community." To what chemistry community? What evidence is there for this unverifiable claim? I'm removing this until anyone objects or finds a source to evidence this claim Christiaanp (talk) 06:50, 5 August 2020 (UTC)
