CTC Media to STS Media redirect edit

Hi, I see that STS Media is move it to CTC Media. But Cyrillic "C" is not same with Latin "C". In latin Cyrillic "C" it is translate it to "S". So why this is not STS Media but CTC Media? And why CTC it is redirect to STS?--Maxie1hoi (talk) 16:21, 26 October 2015 (UTC)Reply
