Is CRC Math tables related to the CRC Handbook of Chemistry and Physics?
--It is. Long ago, math tables contained within the CRC Handbook of Chemistry and Physics were extracted and turned into a separate book. Refined, updated and expanded many times since then, the book you refer to is titled CRC Standard Mathematical Tables and Formulae, 31st Edition, edited by Daniel Zwillinger, ISBN: 9781584882916. Unpaid royalties? edit
Apparently, when a boilerplate contract is signed by an author, CRC does not need to pay royalties to the author when it is bought from CRC's website?

This article needs much more! This seems to be the major WP article for "Rubber Handbook" and generic "Physics Handbook", even though it now has a very strange title for those purposes. What physics handbooks have existed and been most used over the last centuries? Now? What are the most complete online physics handbooks? small pages to large pages edit
When did the format/size of the pages change, from small pages to large pages? How did WWI/WWII effect the printing -- type of paper? Paper not available, small print run, editions skipped?
--There were some editions skipped becase of the war. First edition was 1913, 90th in 2009.

--The first edition on CD-ROM was in 1999. Back then it was called the Handbook of Chemistry and Physics CRCnetBASE. There has been a CD version every year since, though the "CRCnetBASE" was dropped.
