Not really. Can you join the Physics department without having any background in Physics? Then why can't you become a doctor without having Biology in your Intermediate Course?

BLP issues
editThere is a potential for BLP violation, given the recent (unreferenced) edits. I suggest that any new edits must be backed by dependable references (definitely not from blog posts). --Ragib 02:12, 2 June 2007 (UTC)
