Fair use rationale for Image:Logo oncemunicipal.gif edit

Image:Logo oncemunicipal.gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Does this club actually compete anymore? Article is wildly self-contradictory. edit

Entire article is filled with contradictions. Some text states that it is currently in Primera División de Fútbol de El Salvador, some text states that it is currently in Segunda División de El Salvador, and some text says that it was stripped of its footballing license over two years ago, seemingly having failed to pay any salaries or fees. Is it bankrupt, still playing, or just dormant?

Cross referencing other articles implies they are gone. The article 2017–18 Segunda División de Fútbol Salvadoreño says the team was stripped of their footballing license on January 17, 2018, and the team is not shown to have been competing in either league since then, as per the articles:

@Jmg38: It is confirmed that the club doesn't play anymore. The new club, Once Deportivo de Ahuachapan, basically acquired all the assets of the old one, but not until July 2019. The new club took the place of another club that was bankrupt, C.D. Pasaquina which is also outdated and needs an edit to say that it went bankrupt. If you look at the soccerway profile of the club, it is under the same name, but there is a gap between 2017 and 2019 that is also mentioned in the article that also serves as a confirmation. Here is a source about the foundation of the new club. [1]
