In the news
editA poor name for a section, but it seems notable, so I restored it. I do not see any discussion of its removal here. Why was it deleted? Paul, in Saudi (talk) 11:56, 17 December 2013 (UTC)
Feeder Schools
editByron Nelson High School permits attendance from students that graduated from other middle schools (such as Pike Middle School), as long as they are enrolled in an academy. --Isieso (talk) 00:56, 10 April 2019 (UTC)
Academies
editByron Nelson High School has two main academies: Culinary and Medical. In the high school's earlier years, the Medical Academy was a nursing program. --Isieso (talk) 00:56, 10 April 2019 (UTC)
Athletics
editThe athletics section seems unnecessary/insignificant. It comes across as an advertisement. Consider deleting or reducing this section. --Isieso (talk) 01:01, 10 April 2019 (UTC)

Notable events section
editIn this series of edits, the "In the news" and "Lockdown" sections of the article were deleted with the edit summary "Fake news". These cited incidents are clearly not fake, and so have been restored, under the new section title "Notable events". However, I believe these sections should not be retained, as they represent single isolated events which do not represent the overall character of the school, but their presence in the article serves only to denigrate the school.
