Inaccurate text
editThe text of this judgement is poorly constructed. It doesn't seem to be the actual judgement or snippets thereof ("the contract is completed the moment the offer is posted" - legal nonsense, "Harris's Case; Dunlop v Higgins, even although it never reaches its destination." - grammatical nonsense) and if it is a paraphrase then it is a confused one. Unfortunately, I'm not able to find the actual text of the judgement anywhere to correct this - someone who does have access to it could improve the article a great deal by making it make sense. - 137.120.88.73 (talk) 17:26, 2 December 2010 (UTC)
What was being sold?
editWhat is a 'tinplate'? The article says '1000 boxes of tinplates', which links to 'tinning', the act of plating a metal item with tin. Doesn't make sense in context... --StarChaser Tyger (talk) 06:21, 7 May 2012 (UTC)
