McKinsey says India is still the top outsource location. I'm not very familiar with Kelly Services, that's why I'm doubting the reliability of its study, but if anyone can post a link to the study mentioned above, I'd be happy to review it.--Miresil 06:44, 29 June 2006 (UTC)

I am familiar with BPAP - it is agenuine industry body and not a commercial entity seeking direct engagement with any clients - they conduct research and provide information to companies wishing to get into the Philippine market.
