Plenty of google news hits which mainly pertain to the 1990s (since that was when BRAC was in full swing) but they are still active as evidenced by this meeting between the group and the Armenian defence minister. I'm not sure how to work these into the article, but I'm pretty sure they pass the WP:ORG test - international in scale and verifiable through news coverage.
