The Philippines??
If you follow the link to the source about the alleged proficiency in Business English of Filipinos, you will see that the writer in fact rubbishes this spurious claim. - I hope you like my edit, then! I happened to follow the link just because I wanted to get rid of the "when?" tag. Wow, did I learn a lot! Did not expect to spend a half hour on my edit, but I think the article's improved.

- I'm going to remove the entire section. Claim (which was pure marketing) and counter claim pretty much cancel each other out.Spacecowboy420 (talk) 07:21, 25 November 2015 (UTC)
