Missing info edit

There is alot more story on Gilett's early career then what is said.

Gilett's career began at the Connellsville News and later moved to the Newburgh Daily News his animation career began around 1918 at International Film Service when the studio shut down in July of that year he moved to Raoul Barre's studio he left the studio after Barre retired from animation and joined Bray Productions the studio had toke the International Film Service staff after the 1918 shutdown and had a license with the studio to revive the cartoon series's that the studio had ended. the license ended once International Film Service closed down foor good in 1921. he then left Bray and joined to Jefferson Film Corporation which was now producing Mutt and Jeff without Barre. Gilett then moved to Max's and Dave Fleischer's studio he later formed a studio to make new Mutt and Jeff cartoons after the studio went defunct in 1926 he moved to Fables Pictures (although it has not been proved if he actually worked there) before moving to Pat Sullivan Studios Walt Disney stopped over at Sullivan's studio and asked Otto Messmer to start working at his studio however Messmer refused Gillett overheard the chat and said to Walt "I'm your man!" Walt then hired Gillett on April 23rd 1929.
