External links modified edit

Hello fellow Wikipedians,

I have just added archive links to one external link on Burntwood. Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}} after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}} to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:

Proposed deletion from Notable People list edit

Sir John Cornwall, who died in 1414, should be deleted if no evidence of owning land or living at Burntwood can be found, as it appears to be based on a misunderstood piece of information. The statement he was sued in 1417 (3 yrs after his death) and gave his address as a place at Burntwood is nonsense. I have checked his Wikipedia article and discovered that in fact it was his son in law, William Lichfield. that was the subject of the lawsuit.Cloptonson (talk) 13:08, 11 April 2020 (UTC)Reply

Gary Cahill edit

I see Gary Cahill is listed in the Notable People section. Why?

I remember local talk of him (or his parents?) living somewhere near the now-demolished Greyhound pub whilst he was a Villa player, but was never sure if it was actually true.

A case of "citation needed"? Ckempo (talk) 21:36, 15 October 2020 (UTC)Reply

Nothing in his article to suggest any connection. Since it's not referenced then, should be deleted. Canterbury Tail talk 22:24, 15 October 2020 (UTC)Reply
