Scoring

edit

I don't think this is right; At the very least, there's a set of timpani as well. Adam Cuerden (talk) 05:09, 9 March 2011 (UTC)Reply

Indeed. Have you checked the IMSLP score? I can't, for obvious reasons. Graham87 08:21, 9 March 2011 (UTC)Reply
It's in German, but it lists Pauken, which is German for Timpani. I've fixed it according to that score. Adam Cuerden (talk) 14:30, 9 March 2011 (UTC)Reply

Suggested Move

edit

Shouldn't this be "Burleske in D minor - Richard Strauss"? Or even better "Burleske in D minor for Piano and Orchestra" and some mention of Strauss. I looked at the requested move back in September and the reasoning seems unclear, even though an Administrator moved it. HammerFilmFan (talk) 02:27, 16 March 2012 (UTC)Reply

There's no other work entitled "Burleske", therefore there's no need to disambiguate the title any further. This applies to many other Richard Strauss compositions that have articles on Wikipedia. Graham87 04:33, 17 March 2012 (UTC)Reply
