Why does this page not come up when "bumptop" is searched for in the wikipedia search? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Anandx (talk • contribs) 03:33, 19 July 2006 (UTC).
Answer: Apparently you have to search for "BumpTop" with the B and T capitalized. I'm not sure how to make it show up for search queries insensitive of their case. Any ideas anyone? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Anandx (talk • contribs) 21:18, 28 August 2006 (UTC).
- I redirected bumptop to BumpTop. It should work now. —Caesura(t) 02:57, 28 November 2006 (UTC)

Google is EVIL. They destroyed what very well could have been the next desktop.74.100.60.53 (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 17:09, 13 April 2011 (UTC).
Why does the fact internet activation is required warrant a whole paragraph in the introduction? I understand some people feel strongly about DRM, but for better or worse it's a common practice and unless there was some actual controversy surrounding it in the case of BumpTop it seems like a not very notable factoid. 85.216.200.127 (talk) 23:03, 2 March 2013 (UTC)
It's now open-source
editThey open-sourced it. It's up to us to crack this software, legitimately now :) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Petersvp (talk • contribs) 02:53, 13 September 2013 (UTC)
