editNever in my life have I ever heard of such a people. This article needs revision. Fergananim
- Yes, they are super obscure. But in any case this should not be redirecting to the mythological Fir Bolg, as the Builg may be more historical and obviously aren't associated with everything across Ireland the Fir Bolg are. DinDraithou (talk) 16:58, 25 February 2010 (UTC)
Totally different issue...
editI was directed here from List_of_Celtic_deities, which does cite specific text source(albeit minimal & flimsy, imo), still accessible on the Internet Archive.
I don't think this page should redirect to Fir_Bolg, but I do think there ought to be some consistency with the list that links to it. A section acknowledging the possibility of a deity referred to by this name and the possible connection etymologically would at least help build on this meagre stub slightly, and would have a source with a specific text page to cite.
(I'm not logged in & my user page still has literally nothing whatsoever on it, but -Zephyrump, for posterity/potential future discussion.) 24.61.145.225 (talk) 08:44, 16 October 2023 (UTC)
