Is it just me, or is this everyones favorite song? Just wondering! LILLYofTHEsouth 21:27, 19 March 2007 (UTC)Reply

It's not just you! I love this song, even though it's old. It's just my opinion, but I think older songs are better than the modern ones. Here Comes The Cun is a classic example, and so is Build me up Buttercup! My band even performed it as our first gig! Spalding671 17:27, 2 April 2007 (USA)

Every time the someone puts the lyrics to this song into the article, it gets deleted. Do you know why? NHRHS2010 Talk 01:28, 24 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

They get deleted because lyrics are copyrighted material. You cannot legally reproduce the lyrics of modern songs as they are protected under copyright laws. If they are posted they will be removed each and every time. Ben W Bell talk 01:53, 24 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

And watch the edit summaries, please. When someone removes a copyrighted material, explain it in the summary as well instead of just "Oooooh ooooooooh oooh". NHRHS2010 Talk 22:19, 24 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

I was wondering if a brief paragraph about the song's popularity in pep band folders would be a good idea or not. I would make it myself, but I have no verifiable proof other than a lot of people on various "band geek" facebook groups liking it and talking about it.69.39.17.119 23:45, 21 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

Frank Turner?

edit

Born in 1981, Frank Turner could not possibly have recorded a cover of this song in 1969. Gebuskrost (talk) 16:31, 11 October 2018 (UTC)Reply

Re-recorded versions

edit

I noticed that there are some re-recorded versions of this song (such as this from 1970 or this from 2000). Can somebody please shed some light on the variety of versions for this song?--Einar Moses Wohltun (talk) 15:45, 12 January 2021 (UTC)Reply
