Why Brussels Convention redirects here?

As a WIPO fan, the Brussels Convention seems for me more likely instead pointing to Brussels Convention Relating to the Distribution of Programme-Carrying Signals Transmitted by Satellite. Are there previous discussions regarding its notability? Liuxinyu970226 (talk) 03:29, 22 February 2023 (UTC)
