Contested deletion edit
This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because... the article has changed to be about the building, rather than the company. The building is part of Detroit's revitalization project in that it has been recently sold to a major automotive company, Lear, for a design studio. It's importance is critical since the building dates back to the 1800's and a time when Detroit was famous for tobacco rather than automobiles. --GMTEgirl 11:49, 29 September 2015 (UTC)
