The Brotherhood of Liberty is perhaps the oldest and most significant civil rights organization to emerge in Baltimore between Reconstruction and the emergence of the NAACP in 1909. As such, it is a highly notable topic of African-American and civil rights history that needs a Wikipedia entry.
