It seems some early history is missing. The NYT article I just quoted is definitely from April, not from May. Also, this article says that the location was changed in 1950. The 1952 Yearbook of Israel gives April 1948 (without an exact day) as the founding date. Zerotalk 14:54, 9 March 2014 (UTC)Reply
