Name of article

I created this page because most of the documents lack a page of their own, though I'm slowly trying to fix that. "Techincal Manuals" is how National Rail refer to the ones their website mentions. It seems a fair title, but there may be a better one. There is I think a role for this page as an "overview" page, in addition to document-specific pages, explaining how the documents relate etc, who is controlling them in this age of privatised railways etc. Thoughts on the title though? What on earth does this mean?

"Additionally, there exist the UK railway by-laws, which exist under the Transport Act 2000. [13]. It is noted for beginning with item 1 as "queuing"; both the existence of bylaws on the subject, and their prominent placement, being seen as typical of Britain in some quarters."15:44, 5 January 2008 (UTC)
