NPOV dispute edit

This article is in violation of Wikipedia's journalistic neutrality policy. The bulk of the article is written like an advertisement. This is especially evident in the use of emotional language such as "rescued" (paragraph 2), and phrases such as: "The school has delivered educational excellence, with high average ATAR result placing placing 2nd, 3rd and 5th in over 150 schools in Canberra in the years 2016, 2017 and 2018." The article is also rife with subjective claims, such as "Ms Suzanne Power, the current BCC Principal, is highly respected within the College's community." A phrase such as this should either be cited, or made objective, i.e. "Ms Suzanne Power, the current BCC Principal, was inaugurated after the departure of Mr Bruce Handley."

Some edits also removed mention of historical criticisms of school practices, which, regardless of their substantiation, are still significant.

Based on the authorial tone, it is likely that user On-The-Wings-Of-Eagles has a vested interest in the topic at hand. As per the header at the top of this talk page, it is advised they consider the negative effects their input may have had/will have on the integrity of the article.

It is recommended that this page be edited to only provide objective and equal coverage. History of the school should be bundled under the heading 'History'. Discussion of college buildings could be drastically minimised, or condensed into a new section entitled 'Campuses'. Discourse surrounding the school's significant press coverage should also be added. Pegwan (talk) 00:35, 3 December 2019 (UTC)Reply

The POV above has some merit and I will review the content as written. Interestingly recent edit go to the same point, the content I provided are "facts" and were written to clarify vitriolic intent as posted on the page previously. I have reviewed the text and replaced anything that could be construed as not NPOV.
