http://www.monktoncombe.com/cars/index1/1946-brighton-speed-trials.html Any reason why Cyril Mann is left off this page http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Brighton_Speed_Trials_people (he was my father and that website is mine) thank you 92.26.217.67 (talk) 15:15, 27 July 2013 (UTC) Diane Franks (nee Mann)Reply

Surely the winner in 1946, 1947, 1948 and 1950 is Raymond Mays? See: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Raymond_Mays Rupertlt (talk) 17:52, 13 April 2009 (UTC)Reply
There is no evidence to support Leon Cushman (Bugatti) winning the Brighton Speed Trials in 1923. All the evidence points to J.A. Joyce (A.C.) winning the event. See: The Light Car And Cyclecar, July 20, 1923; The Autocar, July 20th, 1923.Rupertlt (talk) 19:00, 31 August 2009 (UTC)Reply

Fuel crisis in 1969? edit

Ref interruptions I thought the first fuel crisis was in 1973. Where is the evidence? Rupertlt (talk) 20:52, 29 March 2010 (UTC)Reply
