Hi there, I've tried to update the content for this page but my edits were taken down. I've amended the content and I thought I'd put it up here so the content can be discussed or improved or used for updating the page. Please feel free to improve it/make it less promotional/use better references.

Bridge Alliance is a partnership of 13 mobile operators[1][2] - Airtel (India), AIS (Thailand), CSL (Hong Kong), CTM (Macau), Globe Telecom (Philippines), Maxis (Malaysia), MobiFone (Vietnam), SingTel Mobile (Singapore), Optus Mobile (Australia), SK Telecom (South Korea), Taiwan Mobile (Taiwan), Telkomcel (Timor-Leste) and Telkomsel (Indonesia).

The group has a combined customer base of over 500 million[3]. Members aim to develop and launch roaming and enterprise solutions. Bridge Alliance operates through a Singapore-incorporated joint venture company, Bridge Mobile Pte Ltd.

Airtel

Bharti Airtel Limited is a global telecommunications company[1] with operations in 20 countries across Asia and Africa. In India, the company's product offerings include 2G, 3G and 4G wireless services, mobile commerce, fixed line services, high speed DSL broadband, IPTV, DTH, enterprise services including national & international long distance services to carriers. In the rest of the geographies, it offers 2G, 3G wireless services and mobile commerce. Bharti Airtel had over 272 million customers across its operations at the end of April 2013.

AIS

Advanced Info Service Public Company (AIS), established in 1989, is an affiliation of Shin Corporation, under the business segment of wireless communications. AIS 3G was officially launched since May 2013 in Bangkok and 20 major provinces.

CSL

CSL, established in 1983, is Hong Kong's first mobile operator[2]. CSL operates the world's first dual band 4G LTE DC-HSPA+ mobile broadband network. It offers post and pre-paid mobile services to both local and international customers, and provides international multi-media connectivity with over 580 roaming operators around the world.

CTM

Companhia de Telecomunicações de Macau S.A.R.L. (CTM), established in 1981 under the cooperation of Cable & Wireless Communications with partners including Portugal Telecom, CITIC Telecom International Holdings Limited and Macau Post, is a full telecom service provider in Macau offering 3G mobile services, fixed telephony, Internet, and corporate solutions. Its headquarters are located at Rua de Lagos, Telecentro, Taipa, Macau. In January 2013, CITIC Telecom International Holdings Limited became CTM's controlling shareholder.

Globe Telecom

Globe Telecom is the pioneer in GSM digital cellular technology in Philippines. Today, it has a growing national and international network of roaming destinations.

Maxis

Maxis is Malaysia’s premier telecommunications company[2], providing voice and data services to its customers.

MobiFone

Established in April 1993, Vietnam Mobile Telecom Services Company (VMS) has been the first telecommunications service provider in Vietnam to offer GSM 900/1800 services under the brand name of MobiFone.[4] MobiFone has 35 million subscribers and offers a wide range of service bundles including MobiGold, MobiCard, MobiQ and MobiZone. The company has network coverage over 98% of Vietnam’s area.

Optus

Optus serves more than nine million customers daily. Since commencing operations in 1992, Optus has built an advanced technology platform that allows it to deliver communication, information and entertainment services across the country.

SingTel

SingTel Mobile is the mobile telecommunications arm of Singapore Telecommunications Ltd. (SingTel). It serves both the consumer and corporate markets and brings global communications to customers in Asia Pacific and beyond.

SK Telecom

SK Telecom launched and commercialized CDMA, 3G WCDMA, 3.5G HSDPA among other mobile services, and is now leading the way in 4G. Currently, in addition to CDMA, WCDMA, and HSDPA, SK Telecom also provides HSPA+, with nationwide coverage for commercialized LTE service. It is the world’s first operator to launch LTE roaming service with CSL Hong Kong[5].

Taiwan Mobile

Taiwan Mobile Co., Ltd., incorporated in the Republic of China ("ROC") in 1997, offers "Quadruple Play" services – covering mobile, fixed-line, cable TV and broadband. The Company launched three brands – "Taiwan Mobile", "TWM Broadband" and "TWM Solution" – to promote its Quadruple Play services for the consumer, household and enterprise markets. It was the first private telecommunications company to go public and the first wireless operator to launch 3G services using Wideband Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA) technology.

Telkomcel

Telekomunikasi Indonesia International, S.A or “Telkomcel” is a subsidiary of Telin that focuses on providing full mobile services in retail, corporate and wholesale business. Telkomcel offers mobile services under: Voice & SMS, Data & Internet Services, International Business, and Business Solution.

Telkomsel

Telkomsel serves more than 120 million subscribers (Q1 2013)[6]. It has 62,000 Base Transceiver Stations (BTS) (as of June 2013). As a pioneer in the development of Indonesia’s mobile telecommunication industry and to enter the advanced stage of mobile broadband services, Telkomsel provides cellular services through GSM Dual Band (900 & 1800), GPRS, Wi-Fi, EDGE, 3G, HSDPA, and HSPA+ networks throughout Indonesia, and is testing Long Term Evolution (LTE) technology. To serve customers' needs, Telkomsel is supported by a 24-hour call center and 410 service centers throughout Indonesia.

FreeMove Alliance is made up of four mobile operators[1] - Orange, Telecom Italia, Deutsche Telekom and TeliaSonera. Together, FreeMove and Bridge Alliance have a combined global footprint covering more than 80 countries worldwide. This partnership enables for the provision of roaming services for multinational enterprise customers.

SoftBank

SoftBank Mobile is one of Japan's leading mobile operators with a mobile subscription base of more than 27 million.[2] Bridge Alliance's partnership with SoftBank Mobile allows for the provision of customized enterprise services to multinational companies.
