The text was copied verbatim from http://www.bridalcave.com/about_us.htm, where it is sourced to "Indian Romances" by Col. R.G. Scott. Google Books says that this book was published by a company called "Meador" in 1933. A search at AbeBooks shows that this company is/was in Boston, Massachusetts.
