Fair use of BCCA logo edit
To Wikipedia editors reviewing this page for approval:
The one image on this page that may need some kind of "fair use" clearance is the BCCA logo, in the Infobox. In order to support its use on this page, I have an email from the BCCA's office manager authorizing its use, which he furthermore has the authority to grant, per the BCCA's Declaration Of Use on the United States Patent And Trademark Office (USPTO) website.
I also have the following backup documentation available upon demand:
- A link to the aforementioned Declaration Of Use on the USPTO site, confirming the office manager's authority to grant permission.
- A link to BCCA's logo on the United States Patent And Trademark Office website.
- A link to BCCA's notice of acceptance from a Trademark Specialist at the Division of Registration.
