This article is a bit of a kid-on. The first person, the primary meaning, is clearly notable. The second person is a minor party candidate, very briefly mentioned in an article itself of doubtful notability. It is well-established on Wikipedia that defeated candidates are not notable. The third person has a short section in a longer article. I suggest that this article could be deleted, the article on the first person could have a hatnote giving a direct link to the List of East Enders characters. I created this because Brendan Hughes (politician) exists. I don't know how notability affects disambiguation pages but the page it redirects to is rather strange.
