Talk:Breckland line

Latest comment: 8 years ago by Verbcatcher in topic Western end of the line

For some reason thge word Cambridge does not appear in explaining which section of the line is classed as part of the London commuter route. I do not feel expert enough to get it right. Could someone fix it? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Gobanian (talkcontribs) 09:56, 26 August 2010 (UTC)Reply

Western end of the line

edit

The text describes the line as running between Cambridge and Norwich, but the route map and the schematic map show the western end of the line at Ely. We should resolve this contradiction. Ely makes sense for the physical line, as the line between Cambridge and Ely is principally a part of the Fen Line. However, the main service is between Cambridge and Norwich. It there any standard to guide us, or any sources? If we say the line is between Cambridge and Norwich then we should list Waterbeach station (where Breckland Line services don't stop).
