Two points. If co-producer really was Dodi Fayed, can you cite a reference? He was about 24 years old in 1980, so while undoubtedly a rich lad, would not have been an obvious choice for producer. Second, the film was released in 1980, Thatcher was elected in May 1979. The article claims the film was made before her election - was there really this long a delay between it being made and being released? Unusual.
