Thank you so much for your feedback. I am not done with the article yet as I was just introducing the background behind Bosnian smoked cheese.
Tomorrow, I was to write the paragraph about the recipe and the method for making it.
In addition, I will add some external sources mentioning the cheese and the areas in Bosnia where this recipe is predominant.
I have checked Wikipedia and it does not have an article about it.

This article should not be speedy deleted as being recently created, having no relevant page history and duplicating an existing English Wikipedia topic, because it should be complete within 24hrs. The topic is not about Bosnian Economy, but about Bosnian Smoked Cheese. The Background article is just that--the background--that would serve as the introduction for this derivative dairy product. Please review within 24hrs to confirm that there is no other article referencing "Suhi Sir". I will post my own pictures of it and will insert external sources(links) to this topic.
