A couple of changes to the synopsis

I've just finished rereading this book, and I note that a couple of points in the summary aren't quite right: Horza breaks his cover with Balveda pretty shortly after he meets her on the Clear Air Turbulance, and she doesn't really leave him for dead at the end--she drags him out of the tunnels (she has to if she wants to survive, though it's an altruistic decision as well), but he croaks before she can get him any medical help. I'm going to make what I expect will be a couple of uncontroversial changes, accordingly . . . Iralith 19:58, 22 November 2005 (UTC)Reply

Merge with Phlebas

edit

This article almost completely consists of a description fo Phlebas, so just merge the two. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 217.235.227.193 (talk) 12:30, 21 January 2007 (UTC).Reply

Disagree a titular character can have its own article. No need to merge.MadMaxDog 05:04, 22 January 2007 (UTC)Reply
Agree; but I would trim down the synopsis - does it need to be so detailed? Seems to simply be a trawl through the novel. Early Q 23:44, 22 February 2007 (UTC)Reply
Agree; The novel article can have a characters section. Stilgar27 (talk) 15:56, 12 September 2013 (UTC)Reply
Agree; the entire novel is from this character's perspective - there is very little difference between the plot of the novel, and the known history of this character. Bluap (talk) 14:30, 28 August 2014 (UTC)Reply
Agree; for important literary novels, or complex characters spanning multiple books, it can make sense to have an article on the character. This character just appears in one short novel, and it's a short article about him which should be confined to the novel page.Gymnophoria (talk) 15:20, 29 December 2014 (UTC)Reply
Done. Created "Characters" section in Consider Phlebas and moved it along with the page for Perosteck.Smith(talk) 20:30, 1 January 2016 (UTC)Reply
