Did Bongzilla actually split up? edit

I've looked online for a bit and have found no evidence that the band split up in 2006. The Metal Archives even lists their status as active. If possible, could someone please confirm this error? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.87.41.69 (talk) 23:51, 30 January 2010 (UTC)Reply

Update: Okay, with no evidence to the contrary (and an appearance at Forward Music Fest in 2008), I'm changing the years active. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.87.41.69 (talk) 23:32, 2 February 2010 (UTC)Reply

According to their MySpace page, they've been on hiatus since 2008. The same source states that they've every intention of coming back, though the page hasn't been updated since Dec 2009. 90.216.174.171 (talk) 22:52, 4 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

Notability edit

Based on WP's guidelines for notability I would argue that number 5 and 7 both apply to this band. They've released at least two albums on Relapse Records and they are the most well known (if not the only) sludge/stoner band in Madison, WI. [1]

Given that, I would argue that the notability disclaimer be removed from this article.Yojimbo1941 (talk) 14:08, 26 October 2016 (UTC)Reply
