edit

I cannot find a good media references, so, per WP:BLP and WP:BRD, I have removed the edit, and ask that its inclusion be discussed and agreed upon here before it is added back into the article. Anna Frodesiak (talk) 01:02, 14 October 2014 (UTC)Reply

It was reported on January 31, 2015 that Shmurda posted $2 million bail http://artsbeat.blogs.nytimes.com/2015/01/31/bobby-shmurda-posts-2-million-bond/

However, Billboard reported on February 13, 2015 that Shmurda is still in jail because he can't afford to post bail http://www.billboard.com/articles/news/6472767/bobby-shmurda-talks-from-jail Vaqab (talk) 01:23, 22 February 2015 (UTC)Reply

Orphaned references in Bobby Shmurda

edit

I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Bobby Shmurda's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

Reference named "UK":

I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT 15:23, 3 December 2018 (UTC)Reply

In the sources cited it literally says he was born in Miami. Why the false citation? Solidomaxino (talk) 06:01, 15 May 2020 (UTC)Reply

Arrest date

edit

The article (now re-)states he was arrested and charged on 18 December 2014 but the references listed slightly differ on that fact. While the Washington Post ref states he was charged on Thursday (the 18th), the Page 6 article states he was arrested "early Wednesday" (the 17th) and arraigned on Thursday. The arraigned - charged difference is just semantics but the arrest date (Dec 17) seems a bit more notable.

I did revert an earlier change from May 2020 which altered the date given from the 18th to the 24th as it was no only not supported by both refs but took place a week after the arrest was reported (18th/19th). This is not vey likely without time travel being involved. Creol (talk) 10:27, 15 October 2020 (UTC)Reply
