Armand Deutsch's book Me and Bogie has a section devoted to the Franks murder and mentions that Deutsch, the grandson of Julius Rosenwald was the original target.--Jrm2007 (talk) 11:19, 12 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

I added a couple of refs for Deutsch, who was considered by the the thrill killers as a possible victim before they settled on Bobby Franks. Deutsch had an interesting life in Hollywood, rubbed elbows with the Reagans, Sinatra, Jimmy Stewart and Humphrey Bogart and lived to be 92. What would Bobby's life have been like except for Leopold and Loeb? Edison (talk) 04:37, 9 July 2008 (UTC)Reply
