The result of the proposal was move per request. Barring the manifestly improper, moving is the default for requested moves even with no participation like this one, since boldness allows moves without discussion, prevented here by a technical limitation. Moreover, I tried various searches with some terms to remove false positives when searching for the more common Bob+last name, and got the same results as the nominator. The move target appears to be the common name.--Fuhghettaboutit (talk) 14:11, 27 June 2009 (UTC)Reply

Any additional comments:

Most sources use "Bob Carleton" instead of his full name. See:

  • JazzStandards.com
  • IMDb
  • Allmusic
  • Discogs
  • A Google search on "robert louis carleton" -wikipedia gives a total of 28 hits, suggesting it's not exactly a very common name (compare with 629 for "bob carleton" -wikipedia).

For these reason's I'm proposing a move to Bob Carleton. Jafeluv (talk) 18:36, 16 June 2009 (UTC)Reply
